Frequently asked questions
Who counts as a seat?
An active member with at least one role that can create, edit or run tests. Viewers, billing managers and guest testers within your plan's quota do not count.
Does the trial need a card?
No. You get the Business plan for 14 days; without a subscription, the organization moves to the free plan and nothing is deleted.
How do I pay?
By mobile money (Wave, Orange Money, Free Money) or card, through our provider Bictorys. A numbered invoice is issued for every payment.
What happens if an invoice stays unpaid?
Reminders go out on days 1, 3 and 7. On day 14 the organization becomes read-only: everything can still be viewed and exported, and no data is deleted.
Can I change plans?
Upgrading or adding seats is immediate and prorated. Downgrading takes effect at renewal, if your usage fits the target plan.
